Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle subscription renewal

Hello, my Avid Complete Plug ins Bundle has expired few months ago, I didn't noticed it because I've been busy

Actually I didn't think I had to do anything because when I bought it there was written that it was automatically renewable, so I thought it was automatically renewed and I didn't think about expiring

I refreshed the bundle in the iLok Manager but it says "renewal is pending, contact the publisher if you have questions about your subscription"

I opened a case the 19th of december, but I didn't get any reply from Avid

What should I do?

Same here - went to start a new session and added a plug-in only to discover it wasn’t licensed and the refresh on Ilok only worked on Falcon.
