CPTK to PT12HD upgrade

Hi there,
I've just upgraded from PT9/10 bundle+CPTK to PT12HD.
I've some questions, if anyone could answer.
The only license redeemed was the CPTK one. The PT9/10 bundle is still there on ilok. Now I have this 8 bundle license (PT10/11/12+HD versions+2016 version) and the Support License.
My questions are:

1.Do I need the old PT9/10 bundle license to run Pro Tools or can I sell it?

2.My CPTK was transfer allowed (the PT9/10 still is): why the new 8 bundle is not? Is it normal?

3.What is that PT(HD)2016 license?
