I think they're Ircam tools now (GRM Tools were developed by Ircam) . and you probably can join them through Flux.

edit: Actually it seems I'm wrong . GRM is INA not Ircam . Both French national institutes.

Thanks for trying though. I did try through emf.org as well and no response yet from them either. Is the customer service from these guys that messed up? I've never heard about it, only about how cool their products are. But tough to want to buy from them if they are non-existent....
