I actually read the previous thread where he gave that address, and I've tried all methods to contact him including that one. I've actually been trying to contact them for several months now.

Does anyone else have installers for the TDM Mastering bunde, and for Magic Eq?

Frankly from everything I have ever read on the DUC about DUY and how it conducts its business your doing everyone a disservice if you don't turn them in to Visa and file a complaint with the BBB.

Same problems year after year.

72 hours is more than enough time to respond to a email...No response file a complaint, Make a negative post, bump a thread. But also file a compliant with Visa or someone that they will pay attention to.

Stop accepting the inexcusable excuses for their lousy customer service.

Probably Xavior is on vacation or something! as i said earlier i had a support e-mail from DUY this week, so they are not off the radar totally.
