What's up with this company that they have so little respect for customers who have spent thousands on their products?

I own, and have Ilok licences for the Analog bundle, Mastering bundle, Magic Eq, and Magic spectrum, and yet I've been calling and emailing them for months in order to get replacement installers.

NOTHING BUT A DISRESPECTFUL SILENCE!

I'm about to get Visa to investigate the merchant practices of this company.

I'm pretty sure that the terms of doing credit card business are that they should be contactable by there customers.

In the meantime, is there anyone out there who who possibly provide installers for any of the above TDM products?

They're hard to contact. They say they aren't, some say they are.

I understand that but I meant that reading it, its like are we talkin about "the ilok company", Digidesign?? I guess there was jus a need to vent about a company other than Digi ova here...thatz all I meant...

Ok, so the clicked on a link titled DUY, and you don't know what it's about?

Why click on the link?? DUY is a plugin manufacturer.

It also clearly states that I'm looking for installers. Please move on if you have no help or insight to offer.

yeah key, i was confused only after reading your reply

all kidding aside, i had an issue with the tdm analog bundle. xavier wrote back once then never followed up. i don't think i will buy from them again. he was mia for sure

There have been other threads on the same subject and it seems to go like this:

- People have a hard time getting support from DUY and they get vocal about it here.

- Xavier from DUY eventually comments on the thread apologizing and saying it was reason x-y-z why they haven't been responding, that it's a thing of the past and all is well now.

- Rinse and repeat.
