M-Audio 2x2M - Last Resort
I have a copy of Pro Tools MP 9.05 that was working with a Fast Track C600. The C600 died, so I wrote to Avid, they informed me the M-Audio 2x2M would work with my copy of Pro Tools.
Of course, it didn't, "Unable to locate device" error message. There is only one choice of interface driver to install, so yes I have the right driver. My question - has ANYBODY been able to make this combination of software/interface work? I really am at the end of my rope.

Two things to try if you are on Windows. Have you made sure that Windows is NOT using the 2 x2M for its' audio such as itunes etc? Also when starting PT hold down the N key until the list of audio devices appears and if the 2 X 2M is there, select it.
