I've received the email to download protools first and the link send me to a page for protools first activation in 4 steps. The first step tells me to go to my Avid master account but when i login there's no link to download protools first.
Can you help me? Thanks

yes, same problem for me...stuck on Step Three...have tried in Safari and Firefox and just get a spinning wheel in the top right corner

..."Your free copy is waiting... We noticed that you havent downloaded your copy of Pro Tools | First. In case you missed your invitation email, we just wanted to remind you that your free download is still waiting".... try one more time to dowload from the link in the email... and then stop at step 3 (safari, firefox)
