Avid surrendering a license I need!

Hi all,

I would contact Avid support about this except it would seem I have to pay for this and on principle I think it's wrong when they've made a mistake!

I bought Pro Tools 9 a good while back as a student and I have been given 10, 11 and 12 as part of the offer. The license on my iLok to use for this program is "Pro Tools 9", but this license was surrendered for a newer one when I had my upgrade to 10.

iLok say that they cannot do anything about this and Avid need to reinstate the license but I can't get hold of them without paying!

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
