MBox Mini Light down Hardware connected not streaming

Hi folks.

I bought an Avid MBox Mini and was satisfied with it. But last saturday my MBox Mini is not working as it was.

I had reinstalled the drivers but the red and green lights are always down.

Can anyone help me.
I had tried all that I could to fix it, without sucess.

A detail: my Pro Tools 10 HD is working with my on board soundboard because of Asio4All driver.

I use Pro Tools 10 HD

MY PC CONFIGURATIONS:
Intel Celeron Processor N2820 (up to 2,39 GHz, 1MB L2 cache)
Intel HD Graphics
15,6'' HD LED LCD
Memory 4GB DDR3L
