This system will be modular, from what I understand. If you need pre's, you buy as many modules as you need. I think this will be pretty revolutionary.

The S6 is a controller, not a console.

I'm not so sure about that - given this looks like a System 5 console on steroids which is more than just a controller.

If anyone rading this is at IBC can you get any info on what sort of ICON features the system 6 will have at ship?
Ie:
vca spill
custom fader groups
Custom plugin maps
Custom groups with faders and plugin parameters together
Ease of making custom groups, simpler than icon? Fature request for years to select faders then click a button to "make custom group"

Similar to ICON, I don't think ALL features with be included in the shipping version of S6 Eucon.

Hopefully Tom will chime here once the craziness of Amsterdam blows over.
