I too LOVE your video Mikey MTC, it really has cleared up a lot of things for me, especially the "preview" and "capture" features since I am one of those "old guys" from the Pro Tools 4 days that you were talking about in the introduction ;-)

I'm on 7.3 at work and it seems like everything is spot on, even though he's using PT8 on the video.

Again, my big "eureka" moment with this video is the Preview and Capture chapters.

Keep in mind this is mainly for HD since LE has a limited automation set even with DV or Complete.
