can`t download the file. Mac says it doesn't recognize the dgd prefix. Both Safari and Firefox report the same error. This is happening on all macs in the studio.

any ideas??

How about a link to a page where I can download it?

As per the posts above, you need to have the DigiDelivery client software loaded on the machine. Once you install it, your Mac will recognize the file format.
