That definitely helps Gil, thanks.

I'm just noticing that Flip doesn't work when showing Groups this way. Is this normal Gil?

As far as having an Eq or Dyn plug in focus when you use the dedicated Eq or Dyn channel buttons on D-Control, this is not possible at this time. A workaround would be to just focus the channel to the center.

Thanks Gil but this still doesn't address the situation where, say, you're viewing inserts on all channels and you want to quickly adjust an EQ. So you press the "Select" button under the insert of your choosing. This should focus that EQ (and that channel) just as assigning the EQ in the first place does (when in ChanWn "Yes" mode).

Hold control and the flip button for the row you want to flip in custom faders.

As I said, it is not possible at this time. I will see about getting the request added to the list.

Sorry, I wasn't quite sure we were talking about the same thing.

PS: While you're there, please add a soft key for the Windows Config dialog. I see the new C24 has a dedicated hard button for that.

Hi Gil,

Unfortunately, your workaround for creating custom groups is unusable for me. It does indeed make a group with no attributes, but the problem lies in that I have to scroll through all of the other groups to get to that one. On the song I am mixing right now, I made a new group and it was letter "z". A bit unlucky with that, but this is the normal mix scenario for me.

Any effort into making an easier way to make custom groups would be greatly appreciated. Again, thanks for trying to help and I do appreciate the effort.

Mike,
While in Groups mode, the groups are displayed in the Soft Keys section (unless you're showing locates etc) and can be paged through pretty quickly.

Well, I gotta call that a bug, right? The flip light lights, but it does nothing unless you hold Control? Works but weird.

It's in order to keep Custom Groups and the rest of the board independent of each other. Very cool, but I wish it was a pref. Most of the time when I switch all tracks to insert view or send view, I want the Custom Faders to go with them. Vote 1 - Pref!!
