Default one of my internal audio drives....

I have my Mac Pro loaded with audio drives... only one of them doesn't mount on restart, it only mounts when I turn the computer off and the start it again... any clues?

Do you have the drive fully backed up? Sounds like it may be failing. Run the manufacturer of the drive's diagnostic software. Are all of the cables securely attached?

I'd add another step: since this seems like it's a cheesegrater clean out the dust bunnies while in there checking cables. They like to collect and cause issues. OSX disk utility disk verify should be able to help tracking down this issue as well.

As a side note something caught my eye in the op's sig file: OSX 10.5.5? PT12HD running in Leopard?
