WHEN IS LEOPARD SUPPORT COMING?!?!

Come on guys.

This is taking way too long.

I have been waiting to buy a Digi 003 rack for my new computer for ... several months now.

November went by. December went by. January went by. Macworld conference went by.

WHAT THE HELL IS TAKING SO LONG?!?!?!

Common sense.

Step two:
Step 3: Profit!

Digi is probably waiting for the massive list of fixes that is the 10.5.2 update to be released before they even think about announcing support for Leopard. There's a lot of stuff that simply doesn't work very well in Leopard, so once that all gets sorted out (which 10.5.2 is rumored to do), maybe we'll start to hear something about it.

He's got a very good point here.

This Kitty has some issues

A decent amount of the work has almost certainly been done and Digi is probably waiting for some finalised code from Apple. A lot of things were changed in Leopard and the update will not be a simple incremental rewrite and theres simply no point in having to do it twice.

Last I knew there were something like over 300 reported bugs in Leopard and how Apple fixes any single one of them could have a effect on Pro Tools.

Apple needs to fix whats not working correctly first.

I agree, Leopard right now is a disaster, Apple has some work to do to get it up to par before it could even be considered stable enough to handle PT.

Looks like its got something to do with the audio core in Leopard, thats most prob why everyone is getting CPU spikes in PT 7.3 or 7.4, Apple are supposed to be ironing this out with the release of 10.5.2 which just be just a few weeks away (or so I have been informed!!!!!)

Funny enough. Digital Performer and Logic Pro run ABSOLUTELY PERFECT in Leopard.

The rest of this talk is just a bunch of excuses.
