Default boucing an audi/video keeping maximum quality

Hi guys !!

im working on a video trying to adding sounds and stuff on it...

i was wondering what was the best thing to do to keep the maximum quality of the video and the audio when finishing the project ?...

should i bounce it with the little "quicktime menu " ? or something else ?... (the original video file is a Mov. )

thanks

It would depend on the quality of the .mov file you are using in PT's.
Normally, the videos you use in PT's are of a lower resolution to keep the file size smaller so you would want to make your mix master in Pt's and then give those files to the video editor to drop back into the edit session for them to export at the original resolution.
