How can I expand region in region list to its full lenght?

Hi all
Maybe an easy question but I dont know.

When I import whole tracks from another session only the cutted regions are listed in the region list.

How can I make it that there is a region that reflects a whole file (the whole lenght of the file) ???

I know I could throw the file in the edit window and trim the ends to the whole lenght.

But is there an easy way

do you have "Show Whole Files" unchecked in the Regions list options?

I dont find this option
Where is it?

Well: I can also open the project browser and throw all files back in the region list. (have unchecked copy files on import)

Bit is there no key command to "show whole file" ?
