HD on XP Home SP2 OK? HD Core, Process, and Accell combo OK?

Couple questions.

I'm running XP Home SP2 - Is HD ok on this OS????
Could go to XP Pro, but if there's no problem on home I'd like to leave her alone.
(PC Currently screeeeeeeeeeams on LE)

Looking at the following configuration I found for sale

Any idea on track counts with this setup at 96-192??????
Idea of how many plugs I can run - pitch, verb, comp, eq, delay, etc......???????
