Direct I/O is in use by another application?
Hi anyone who can help,
I have a G5 PCIe dual 2GHZ OS 10.4.8 Mbox running PTLE 6.7 No other audio applications installed apart from what came with the OS. When I try to launch PTLE I get an error message: Direct I/O is in use by another application, please quit all applications using DirectI/O (-1133) Please can someone help as I havent a clue what is using the Direct I/O. Many thanks Elbo.

You need Pro Tools 6.9.2 or higher for compatibility with OS 10.4.x.
