Edit window scrolling on region grab

This seems to be only when I have Eucontrol running.
I've been unable to find a setting that stops / starts it.

When editing in my session, working on tracks low in the page, the edit window will scroll up to the top when I grab a region.
Really annoying, and not totally consistent.

Happens once, then I do the exact same thing on a diff region on the same track, and it doesn't do it.

Only happens when Eucontrol is on.
Currently working with 2 ipads only. Also happens with Samsung tablets connected instead.

Auto-scroll options in "General" tab are both disabled, and doesn't appear to change behaviour when either are enabled.

FYI for anyone else being driven batty by this...

Appears to be a setting on Avid Control tablet "app banks DAW"

Turned that off and clicking in the DAW no longer causes this banking
When using the App and selecting tracks it still banks the DAW, which is good, but seems to be what should be off now?
The language on that setting is misleading.
