Default Unable to activate Ultimate free trial with iLok

Not able to access the ultimate trial on my account. I only have several days left and I want to use it. Tried closing and opening cloud session with no luck. Here's what it gives me when I try to activate:

Hi there,

Please try activating using the iLok license manager app. Though, upon looking on the license, it seems that it's already activated. Can you try opening your iLok License Manager App, then click on Licenses>refresh subscriptions, then try launching Pro Tools and see if the same issue occurs.

Hey Tope- i tried that but it didn't work. Still showing that 0 activations are being used

Your attached pic (first post) says you do not have any valid locations to choose from. Are you sure you have a physical iLok 2/3 key available?

Not sure if this helps, but see if you have any other license for PT on your iLok. If you do, de-activate that so the Ultimate license is the only license seen. It also never hurts to click on your iLok and run Synchronize
