Default iLok license expired on active subscription

On my Avid account page it says my Pro Tools Studio subscription is active, but when I try to open Pro Tools it says I don't have an active license.

On my iLok license manager it says the license for my Pro Tools Studio Subscription expired on 8/19/23 at 7:46 am. At this exact same date and time I received an email from Avid saying "We’ve successfully processed your recurring subscription payment."

I opened a support case for this, but wanted to post here as well to see if there was a way for me to resolve it. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Tye!

Upon checking, your license has not yet been activated. Please try opening your iLok License Manager, then go to Licenses and activated this license:

Pro Tools Studio Subscription

Let me know if the same issue occurs.
