Default Plugins wont fit screen

I have dual monitors but I have a plugin that I cant see all of it and there is no way to resize it to fit so I can see the entire plugin. I heard of something called skootch but I cant seem to find it. If this works to cure my problem, where can I find it? thanks

I use Skootch with 4 monitors, it works great.
If you can't get your pluginns to fit you may want to up your screen resolution, it will make them smaller.

I too wonder what plugin is that big? What size monitors are you using and the resolution on them?
