Default how to load plug-ins in protools?

So i downloaded the signal tools off the digi site, but i dont know how to it or any other plug-in to show up on protools. i am using LE. any help? thanks

Please don't take offense, but you might want to try reading the manual. The "manual" for Pro Tools is called the Reference Guide, and it is available from the help menu within the program, and also as a free download from this website.

The information about using plugins is covered in Chapter 26.

As for actually installing new plugins, we would need to know what platform you are using (MAC? PC?), and what version of Pro Tools (6.4? 6.9? 7.0? 7.1?)
