Default Can't get rid of AudioSuite plugins (Izotope)

I've just upgraded to Sierra (from Yosemite) and undertaken a fresh install of everything. I'm on PT12.

I now can't get Izotope RX5 to work. After trashing it and the PT preferences, etc I've attempted a couple of re-installs, but no luck. I've put it down to the new OS, but curiously, after I've trashed everything to do with the Plugins (& PT prefs, etc) it still populates in my Audiosuite drop downs. Should this continue to happen after a reboot?

I was expecting to see nothing there before I attempted a new install and troubleshooting, etc.
