[BUG] Track stops output

I experienced this with the introduction of PT12 and it still persists.
I can't reproduce it, it happens randomly. When I open a session, sometimes some tracks won't output anything, unless I toggle several inserts inactive and then active again.
This is not specific to a certain plugin or insert slot, it's always different, so this is not a 3rd party thing.

Yesterday i had a similar weird experience ...
i noticed that only one channel (left in this situation) of a stereo track was playing
i then deactivated all plugs and then reactivate them and all was ok...
This track was in elastic audio mode...so i think it has something to do with it

I don't know if it has something to do with EA, as I'm not using that at all.
Maybe it's a different issue? Maybe not? Who knows...
