Default How to access the DIGI Preamp?

Silly question I know, but I can't figure it out. In the manual I see a window with it open, but I can't find out how to open it, and the manual doesn't say where it's found (unless I missed that somewhere).

Oh, and while I'm making a thread, here's an off quesiton. Anyone know how to mute that annoying start up sound you get when you turn on your Mac?

The Mute button on your keyboard will do the trick (above the Num pad)

Here is a cool little app that does mute just the startup chime on the Mac. Enjoy.

hmmm, I can't believe they didn't make a setting on the mac for having the option of turning off the start up chime.

I didn't think that the DIGI002rack had a preamp, but I'm pretty sure the manual says it does so I'd like to able to test it out to see how good it does, if in fact my machine does have it. Thanks.

The Digi 002 Rack has 4 mic preamps.

The Digi002 rack DOES NOT have software gain controls on the line inputs. Sensitivity on inputs 5-8 is set with the switches on the back of the unit.

Read the Getting Started Guide, then read it again.
