Default Getting Signal; No Sound

I'm getting a signal when i play my session but I'm not getting any sound. My mix knob on my mbox is all the way up and my volume knob is where it normally is. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my wires and none of what I tried works. Can someone help me figure this thing out.

Thank You

Step #1, make sure the Mbox is selected as the Audio Engine. Step #2, twist the MIX knob to the middle(maybe you went the wrong way)

Hi

Launch PT with the "N" key held down and when the popup window pops up choose your interface and let PT load. Then that should be all.
