Reel Tape Saturation license issue

I just purchased the Reel Tape Saturation and now when I launch Pro Tools it keeps asking to "renew" my license. I did demo it years ago, but I now have the full license and I can't use it. The trial license isn't even in my USB iLok anymore. Any help?

Hey jeffro, I'm guessing you're the one who helped me through the Customer Care so, first of all, thanks a lot!

Just in case someone else has the same issue, all I had to do was:
1) synchronize my iLok key (iLok License Manager > View > Synchronize),
2) trash my InstalledAAXPlugins file from Users/username/Library/Preferences/Avid/Pro Tools (on Mac). Btw, it's a hidden folder. All is good now.

I don't know if something else happened behind the scenes before I was told to synchronize the iLok key, but if not then all it took was those two steps.
