Default Anyone install Lexicon PCM bundle?

Hey there,

I'm having trouble installing the Lex PCM bundle. I have attempted the install with all protocol seeming in place. When open PT, the plugs don't show up in my plug menu. Ughhhh....

I run W7 64, on PT 10.3.9

- software shows up in program list
- ilok license activated and on correct ilok 2
- using the correct installer, which supports AAX/RTAS

Anybody have had similar experience, or have insights as to what might have happened???

Thanks for anything you may know!

I'm on Mac and PT 11.3.1 HD but I hand the same problem installing the Total PCM Bundle so what I had to do was uninstall the Total Bundle and install the Lexi effects plug bundle and then install the Lexi Reverb bundle which is whats in the Total bundle and I was good to go. The iLok saw them both as the Total Bundle. For some reason the PCM Total Bundle installer didn't install properly for me.

Thanks Zion.

I was erroneous describing what I actually installed. I said it was the full bundle, but I was really attempting to install just the REVERB bundle, not the full bundle.

Think something similar is happening? What else could I do?

Did Lexicon give you that workaround?

I haven't talked to Lexicon I just tried the other installers and it worked. Have you tried uninstalling it and Installing it again?

Yup, tried reinstalling... twice.

I also tried to figure out whether I got the ilok authorization number typed in wrong, but I can't even find out where to find again the authorization number!

All else w. the ilok part looks correct.

Do the ilok assets appear correctly in the ilok manager?

The numbers appeared to go through correctly. I think if they were inputted incorrectly... ilok would kick them out.

Geeze... what to do, what to do.

I do have an email in to Lex. Wonder how long it will be for a reply?

If you're on PT 10, make sure you install the 32-bit AAX plugins. I have these running on PT10 and PT11 (64-bit AAX) both without issue. You're gonna like them a lot when you get them running.

This did it! Thank you all for your thoughts...

Plus, Lexicon customer support did a fantastic job of getting back to me with the answer, as well. They had an answer for me within hours of opening today! I haven't yet been home to try it, but it all makes sense.

I installed the 64 bit version, thinking it was to coincide with my 64 bit OS, but it's the bit rate of the plugs that is relevant, so I needed 32 bit. Makes complete sense, now!

All the best, ok?
