Pro Tools Control (for iPad) issue

Kyle explained this in another thread. Version 1.0.1 of the iPad App is the same as the 1.0.4 so if you have updated in the store you have the latest!

I am having a similar issue, with newest version of pro tools 12, Mac, Yosemite and the pro tools control app. I have the current Eucon Verson and the newest app version.

It will start and stop playback but nothing else works. no faders, mutes, solo etc..

The frustrating thing is it was working great before a couple of weeks ago it just stopped working. I've gone through and updated everything on the ipad and pro tools wise is current or the correct compatible versions as far as I can tell. I have even deleted app and re installed and tried 2 different macs and 2 different ipads.

It sucks, I was really enjoying this app and now nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

You have installed Eucon 3.3.1 aswell correct?

Yes that's correct I am running Eucon 3.3.1

I haven't tried re installing Eucon, would you suggest that ?

Try trashing preferences and databases and make sure you manually unistall Eucon in the preferences folder so every trace is gone.

Good day everyone… I have the same issue, my protools control only received the transport information; i don't have track names, solos, record, faders… But one month ago it worked perfect. I tried to reinstall protools, eucontrol and protools control app, but i don't see any change with the issue. Thanks for any info.
