download account

Hello All

Its been a long time since I've logged into Avid site and used my PT. Been on a bit of a hiatus. Was trying to get logged in to download new version of PT and seems my download account may be linked to an old email address I no longer have access to (it doesn't exist). How can I get my download access transferred over? I created a master account.

Just updated my DUC access, luckily I had the login info saved somewhere. Thanks

Lots of reads but no responses. Any thoughts out there, what can I do here. I have looked around the site for similar threads but haven't really found an answer. Point me in the right direction if the answer is obvious and thanks for your time.

I'll escalate this to supermods' attention. They may be able to figure out what's wrong with your account

Thanks a bunch. I can provide email accounts if needed as well as original email confirmation from Avid with HDX serial number, etc.

I did confirm with email provider that I cannot re-enable the original email ID. Thanks

I know you guys are working on this, but I have an issue where I can't use my current version. I believe its a compatibility issue with PT (12.8) and OS (Win 10 1909). So I'm dead in the water for now. Is there an ETA so I know what to expect? Thanks
