Glad to hear they've been helpful to you. I did receive one email but when I replied to that with a few more questions....absolutely no response. Do you have a secret customer service contact? I gather they are quite busy at the moment with major server issues.

But what aspect of the iLok is it?
There are a huge amount of posts out there about the issues that the new License Manager software has caused, but as my OS is too old to run that program, my issue is not with that aspect of the iLok process. But is it a hardware issue - has the dongle failed - or is it some other software issue. I am finding it impossible to find anyone at Pace or Avid who can offer some procedural diagnostics. |
