Thanks, the deposit date of HD Perpetual was the 13th of March 2017, there's an expiration date for the Pro Tools HD Plan only and that tells 13th of March 2018. So my question is still there...

Click on your perpetual bundle and check the last line in the details section. Mine says "Release Limit: Versions released on or before 2018-11-22" (that's the date my plan expires, regardless of the subsequent grace period).

Well, the 5th is what my Avid Account says, the iLok says the 13th. I don't know why there is a difference between the two...

So your ilok release limit says "Versions released on or before 2018-03-13"?


If so contact Avid they'll sort it out for you. If it says "on or before 2018-03-05" then you might be out of luck (I'd still try to contact them though, just in case)
