Audio and Video no syncing in PT12.4

Outside of PT, the video is just fine. After creating a new session with the same parameters of the video (fps/kHz) and importing media, audio is not in sync.

PT 12.4 / Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 (Mid 2011) - Video is QT movie H.264 exported out of FCP (where it was just fine).

Suggestions?

Convert the H264 to DNXHD36 with Shutter encoder.

H264 is a delivery file meant to be viewed only with married audio, not one to use in an editorial scenario.

There used to be some wierdness on older versions with bit depth conversion ie - if the video audio is 16 bit, and the session is 24, the convert on the way in would put the audio a frame early.
