Native core card , & C8 /C24 , run Protools

I've been preaching / begging for the return of the AM11 card type system / pci card for years on this board.
as I am tired of having the digi gear only being a big DONGLE for all my real pro equipment.
Or make the fader hardware control surfaces i.e. ( C8 or C24)
suffices as " hardware found " to run Pro tools ....
Wouldn't It be great If we could run a control service , like C8 or C24,
and it would "satisfy the Programs need " to be running a Digi peace of equipment
Ok we have some Digi products that satisfy the hardware requirements wile others stand by hopelessly with no reason or rime to it.
002 = control surface/faders , + digital and analog IO / converters... works alone.
002 rack = digital and analog IO / converters... works alone
Command 8 = 002 style faders digital and analog IO / converters... Does NOT WORK alone.
So to be able to run the program the reasoning is
IO + faders = yes (002)
IO + No faders = yes (002r)
Faders + no IO = NO (C8)
I've been waiting ever since they dropped the AM11 tool box card back when.. to get a new PCI NATIVE CORE CARD,
or something that will allow us to break out of the box. and use our other gear, us who have other High-end gear and don't need more./
or don't want a huge 002 "Dongle"
...everything is optional, but running their converters is a must . ?
I can't be alone In wanting a Native core card ,
OR having C8 /C24 , to satisfy the hardware requirements for PT?

Funny ... I got a private e-mail stating It will never happen.
...Well I am not really arguing that,
It would be nice to have that option though , wouldn't it ?
