Default Waiting for Pro Tools HD Upgrade Plan purchased in Dec
I purchased my HD upgrade plan through SBT in Toronto before Christmas - and I'm still waiting. it's going on a month now - what's up with that?

by the way, i have the PT12 asset in my ilok but i haven't received any of the licences i'm supposed to get with the upgrade.

You should have received a code from SBT when you purchased. Please check your invoice as well as email (including spam/junk folder) for a code, or follow up with SBT.

You have a PT license bundle in your iLok account because it looks like you bought a Pro Tools Upgrade and support Plan back in July 2015. This isn't related to your HD purchase.

You are not alone... Saved By Technology said we should be receiving ours this week (purchased Dec 21!!!). In the meantime, I've been told that SBT has expressed their discontent to Avid.

Of course, that doesn't get us licenses, does it?
