Default Eleven Rack Presets Unavailable

hey there! after updating to pro tools 8.5 most of the new updates that came with the eleven rack expansion update I got a few months ago now say "pre set unavailable" and where an icon of the pedal etc. should be is now an icon of what looks like the inside of a light bulb when I select to use them. Yet all the old pre sets that came with the eleven rack when I bought it still work fine.

This is very frustrating as I have been using the new bass amps and such that the update supplied a lot. But now it all became un usable as soon as I performed the 8.5 update about 2 weeks ago. Please help!

I am running on a iMac 10.6 with a i7 processor

The EXRP has two parts, the installer for the drivers and plug in for Pro Tools and the actual firmware upgrade. I'm assuming that the firmware upgrade is fine, but you may need to reinstall the driver portion of EXRP in order for it to update the GUI for ProTools.

The expansion pack download should be in your Avid.com account. You need to get it from there.

Always save a copy of the full ERXP installer .zip on your hard drive and/or CD/DVD/Thumb Drive

But as mentioned, if you paid for the ERXP already, then the installer will be in your Avid account, the same place it was when you used it the first time.

Run the first part of the ERXP again, and you will be ready to go.
