I know I'm going to sound like a grinch, but I've got by for the last 10 years without this and I know I'll get by the next 10 without it. I'd rather have a MIDI track I can record in time with ADC on and blah blah blah (continues moaning, fade to echo)

It's seriously sad that it's now 2012 on PT version 10 and I googled 'how to type in fader values' and came across a feature request thread from 2009, and they STILL have not done jack about this frustrating lack of a basic feature! What's up Avid?
