Default Grid and Bar/Beat Markers scrambled and disabled after using Beat Detective!!

Hi, I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this issue.

During a session I decided to try "beat detective" to quantize a region. I'm obviously a rookie because I later realized that my Markers had been scrambled and I lost my bar/beat grid in "grid mode". Everything is off the grid now and it makes it extremely hard to edit anything. I've already saved it like this so I cannot undo anything. If anybody has any idea what I've done wrong or how to fix it, please let me know.

Thank you for your help.

Specs:
I'm running Pro Tools M-Powered 8.0.3, On windows 7. M-Audio Ozonic controller. Quad-Core, 4gb ram, 2 HDDs, Asus Mobo.
