Cant log into my account / Password resset not sending [solved]
I am pretty sure I was using the correct password for my avid pro tools account, i then gave up and requested a reset via email and nothing was sent, I have done this twice...
Anyone else having problems?

Yeah, I had to do it twice, then it said the password needs to have a mix of uppercase, and lower case, and at least one number. I had to change the password that I'd been using for a longtime, and had memorized.

hmm this is weird, I just entered it in again to the app and now its working and accepted my original password, maybe they had a server problem earlier...
