S1 OLED update lag

Hi there - I'm setting up a workstation with 3 S1s and a Dock, tablets on everything. All is working well EXCEPT: When banking faders, the faders bank instantaneously, the tablets all update instantaneously, but the track names on the S1s' OLED display take roughly 5 seconds to update - this can't be normal behavior.


Any ideas about what might be going on here? Firmware is up to date on all units, most recent Eucon release (Unified install 2020.11), Pro Tools 2020.11.

So this seems to re-occur - I just started a session in Cubase 11 and now it's happening there. A restart fixes it, but what's going on with this??

I'm experiencing the same issue in PT 2019.6 with the S1 I recently purchased. I don't use the bank buttons often, but I'm constantly switching layouts when mixing (via softkeys). More often than not when I switch layouts the OLEDs lag, or just don't change until I stop playback. My firmware is also up to date.
Very frustrating.

If you turn off Auto-launch and open EuControl manually, does it help?

I'm very curious if anyone has a clue what this might be about? I will say that here at least, it hasn't recurred since a day or two after my posts. I did absolutely nothing to fix it.
