Error with virtual instruments HELP! - Avid Pro Audio Community

Error with virtual instruments HELP!

So ... i download trial version from site and setup software. When I add instrument track and add virtual instrumen for example MiniGrand I see error - "Bus error" in thread "Main Thread", at address 0x0..... and ProTools closes. What's it?
