Seems like AVID needs to add a warning when trying to offline bounce with plugins that will be disabled in the process. No brainer RIGHT?

If plugs are bypassing during a bounce, that's a bug either in PT or the plug.

I have submitted a bug because PT will let you offline bounce with hardware inserts which I don't think it should allow without a warning.

Right with ya Drew. I'd say ANYTHING that would impact the OFFLINE bounce rendering it different in any way from a REALTIME bounce should have a warning/description of what's happening. I appreciate the functionality of offline bouncing and 64 bit processing (among all the other improvements PT11 has brought) and can understand the daunting task it was to bring it to fruition, but now it's time to start plugging the wholes in the code.
