Default Every time i re-open a session my midi keyboard stops functioning

I have pro tools 10 with an m-audio keystation 88es which works everytime i open a new session but as soon as a re-open any of them i get an error message saying that ASIO device properties have been changed by the device and that pro tools needs restating, after re starting the program my midi keyboard doesnt input anything, anything i have laid down plays and functions normally but i get no midi input.

Have you downloaded the latest drivers? Have you tried using a different USB 2.0 Port on the back of your computer?

Using Pro Tools causes no issue, no? I would hit M-Audio forums and hopefully Jared might give better assistance.

Hi

I got the same problem but with protools ..
same controller and no asio . For me it stop working
in the middle of the song . I have to close protools then
power off power on the keyboard then prorools see it again
Very strange ....like protools jajaja ...

jeam25, I suggest you do the same as Morrowindsr8good and hit M-Audio forums to get a bit of movement.

I hope I am worried over nothing, but I see some potential hardware issues here. An intel cpu with an nVidia chipset may not be good with Pro Tools. The wifi should be disabled when running Pro Tools(and PT should be run as admin). If you are able to work, that's a great thing(and a small surprise). Did you do all the system tweaks?(especially turning OFF the power management feature on all USB ports)?
