How do I sync my MBox 2 system to my Digi 001 System

I am trying to sync two separate protools systems to run together and can't figure it out. Is it possible to sync the two so that one acts as a master and the other acts as a slave and chases or is triggered by the Master and stays in tempo/beat clock/MTC sync?

Preferably I would like the MBOX 2 to be the master and the Digi 001 as the slave. How can this be done. Can I use S/PDIF, MIDI, ADAT Optical inputs or is this only doable with some third piece of external hardware. PLEASE HELP!!

Here are the specs of my two setups:

System 1 -
Power Mac G4, dual 450 MHz, 1.5GB SDRAM, OS 10.3.9
Digi 001, Prol Tools 6.4

Sysem 2 -
Imac 2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.6 GB SDRAM, OS 10.4.11, MBox 2 Factory Bundle, Pro Tools 7.4

1. MIDI out of Mbox 2 to MIDI In on the Digi 001.
2. SPDIF digital out of Mbox 2 to SPDIF digital in on 001.
3. Set Mbox 2 system to output MTC (MIDI Timecode)
4. Set 001 system to clock to SPDIF
5. Put 001 system 'online'
6. Press play on Mbox 2 system - the 001 system should now sync.

Things to watch out for - session start times must match, Digi 001 system must see digital clock from Mbox 2 system and give some lead time (a bar or 2) for systems to sync before audio begins.

Also, how about a Yamaha AW4416 to a Digi001 or Visa Versa?
