digi 003 with yamaha 01v96v2 sync out and clicks

Hi, i experienced a series of clicks on a range of 3 or 8 minutes...i tested with changes in buffer, percentage of use of the cpu...etc. ...all possibilities of setup.. and even continue the clicks...my team is.... digi 003 rack synchronized via adat at a mixer Yamaha 01v96v2 (also tested sync with word clock. the yamaha in slave and the digi master and viceversa), core 2 duo 2.5, 2GB RAM, HD 500GB sata, board ASUS p5k-e, PT 7.4.

I need help for this problem!!
