DAE Error -9060 / Stylus Error

Hey

First, I got a problem recording with my Pro Tools LE (M-Box 1). Often when I start recording an DAE Error -9060 is occuring. What can cause this error and how I can solve this problem ???

Second, I have the Spectrasonic Stylus Drum Modul (Plug-In). But as soon as I want to open this Plug-in within an Aux Stereo Track the programm crashes down. Why that ???
