One fun thing to do is route different sequencers out on different MIDI channels to different VI's. Or try using the Euclidian Drum sequencer on a drum VI. You'll get some interesting results!

Never tried the Euclidian Drum sequencer. From what I can figure it doesn't seem to output General MIDI drum assignments.

That's half the fun. You have to experiment with it and see what comes up. It can generate some interesting and different patterns which you can supplement with something a bit more traditional. Its a great way to vary up a rhythm pattern and lose the repetitive loops!
