Default Digiffects Sound FX Library

Hey folks,

has anyone of you ever used the "Digiffects Sound Effects Library" and can share some experience with it in terms of quality and comprehensiveness? Especially in comparison to the "General 6000" series, as it is the same price range.

Any input is highly appreciated. Thank you very much.

I have the first 5 or 6 cd's from each catergory and find them too dated sound quality wise to use at this stage.

Yes, they sound very dated. Much prefer FX from the likes of The Recordist or Pro Sound Effects.

Is it just as outdated as the General 6000 series, which I think is still quite useful these days, or even more?

More so IMO. I avoid them.
